Here is my guess, while looking for the ideal site…. When he was brand new, about to step for the first time – LIVE – onto the moon, really unaware who he might meet, and in what language might be spoken.
Okay, let me say that there is nothing worse than some guy offering help when you never asked for help. So let me offer some “nothing worse” that you can throw away:

This is what Neil Armstrong planned to say before he stepped on the moon? After first looking than finding the ideal site.

What from the big cities of Boston, to the plains of Iowa, from Germany through Ireland, there are these intersection of church closings to come. “Sunday afternoon ‘activists’ prayed and sang at the base of the mountain, declaring that the area, well off the highway at an intersection of the mountain’s access road, a place of refuge and safety.”
So what The Market bears? The fluctuations. So unlike what was in our home. The women. Bearing the pain. The Families. Establishing a market the first time. Capitalism reborn? Some guy offering words as if he invented The Universe.
One small step for …. what?

Did you ever hear Frank Sinatra sing the song Somewhere Across the Sea”? Looking for some kind of Spirit in a people, or just in a man? Over the Sea of Tranquility!
Yes where historic preservation begins! Those state authorities whether in Minnesota or Hawaii wield their power so badly against the Spirit of the Land, leaving their waste behind.
On the moon sixty years later there is “the mangled remains” of the first private moon mission of Israel Aerospace Industries’ Beresheet probe. And since you do not KNOW, “Beresheet” is the opening word of Genesis. There is also on the moon the Soviet waste from a dozen ‘probes.” There is the twice the waste from the probes of the United States of America. Included in the waste are the more recent observatories from Japan along with the waste from Europe, India and China. And then there are the bags of human waste left behind fifty years ago.
So let me offer some “nothing worse” that you can throw away, like with pigeon-racing: there is a plaque, bearing the names of 14 men who had died in the pursuit of the moon… the unknown soldiers, in the weightlessness, of the pursuit. In the lightness, I contemplate all the missing. And the holes, with a Spirit, of its own kind… Like the donuts hole. Here. Trying to get your hands on Spirit. Was this a story about the power of the future, in these stories about some form of deepness within like in Abraham’s descendants who would bear his father’s name – and all the conflict of the past Creation not so much with the present but with the future human creation to come? And to the fertility in a world to come, so there is the plaque to The Fallen Astronaut. On the surface, since you cannot bore into the surface of the moon, with any depth. And I come from this long line of pigeon-fanciers, when homing pigeons were almost like a religion, connected to Creation, on Earth. Only from a new Land, with all the missing, with such a hole, which contained a Spirit. Like Tibetan throat music, across the border from Mongolia. So I think a lot about humor, ghosts, the lightness of ghosts, and the meringue on banana cream pies, and as my own intensity within that comes with this same kind of lightness, the guidelines, either conditionally or unconditionally, if you care to dig in. And I think, when the Moon is full, of the plaque to The Fallen Astronaut.

Was this related to the French naval attack on Casablanca taking place over August 5–7, 1907 that destroyed —”rebels” and civilians alike — the working class neighborhood known as Tnaker, located near the port of the city and the surrounding area, which caused an estimated 2,500 to 6500 deaths, give or take a thousand. This bombing of a prosperous city of 30,000 followed the insurrection of Casablanca of July 30, 1907 and the protest to French colonization in general.
