The covert campaign beyond economic sanctions, targeting atomic officials and institutions in Iran brought to four the number of Iranian scientists killed by bombs in the past two years, as an assailant on a motorcycle slapped a magnetic bomb onto the Peugot 405 belonging to a 32-year-old chemical engineer in rush-hour in a northern Tehran neighborhood. The dead scientist was employed as deputy director of a large uranium-enrichment facility – Iran’s main uranium-enrichment facility – near the town of Natan; his bodyguard also was also killed.
When you lost your power base. The suddenness of bomb blasts, love, revolutions. The suddenness of them all, with lingering affects of age. When outside forces forced your hand, as hunger or drought leads to famine. When it
was time to move on. Into the future.
A holy people, a holy Muslim nation. And then the The PIGS nations. Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain. Along with The Netherlands and France. All having oil supplies from Iran cut, per the announcement Wednesday by Tehran state media. Because there was no free press.
Did you notice the nations not on Iran’s list? India. Germany. Belgium where SWIFT headquarters are (in La Hulpe, near Brussels). Like the Federal Reserve Bank, the cooperative is owned by its member financial institutions, under Belgian Law. With offices world-wide.
Ruthless embargoes. The evidence of ruthlessness since 1981. Per the semiofficial Mehr News Agency, so extend oil-purchasing contracts long term with Iran, or face a cutoff. As Iran was looking at cutting off eighteen percent of their own exports, if these PIGS nations did not renew contracts immediately long-term. (Was there some theological irony that the cutoff was not announced to involve the BIG (Belgium, India, Germany) PIGS?)
Terror. Have you paid attention to the funding source for world-wide terror, if you became interested in charting not only the changes that were triggered by different events, but what different limitations did?
Evidence based upon factual data. The evidence against Iran. The funding source. How it treats it own. How it treats its allies. How it treats it exiles.
When the theology had become just for show in Iran? The Qods Force of the Ayaollah. Killing journalists and politicians. When life had no value, these honor killings were just for show? And all the “Show Trials” in Iranian courts.
Ruthless embargoes. The chronology of ruthlessness since 1981. The litany of terror throughout the world. In Germany. In India. In Bangkok. There was a pattern developing.
January 16, 1979: Shah of Iran forced into exile. Ayatollah Khomeni returned on Feburary 1, 1979.
February 10, 1979: Shah’s army surrended to the will of the people. Provisional government proclaimed the next day, with Mehdi Barzagan prime minister. Hundred accused of being members of SAVAK, with property seized and imprisonment. The world changed. Schools taken over.

December 1979: Nephew of the Shah assassinated in Paris.
July 1980: Posing as reporters, gunmen attmept to kill Shahpur Bakhtiar, the last Prime Minister of Iran under the Shah (later 1992 attempt succeeds).
July 1980: Assassination in Bethesda, Maryland carried out by David Theodore Belfield, an American now using the name Hassan Abdulrahman – formerly known by a name by a name he took at his conversion at age 18 to Islam which was Dawud Salahuddin — which is when he first got involved with Islamist radical movements in the United States. From a security guard position at the Iranian interest section of the Algerian Embassy in Washington, Dawud Salahuddin accepted an assignment on behalf of the Iranian Revolutionary government to carry out a political assassination in the Washington suburbs of Ali Akbat Tabatabai, a former press attache of the Shah’s regime living in exile. Dressed as a mailman, Dawud Salahuddin gunned down Ali Akbar Tabatabai at his home near the Montgomery Mall in 1980. Dawud Salahuddin then fled the United States.
September 1980: War with Iraq. No one was allowed to leave without a special passport.
“No one wanted to know. About war, prisons. We were afraid to ask because we were afraid of KNOWING. Maybe if we can pretend it never happened, it will all be forgotten.”
June 1981: President Banisadr is impeached by Khomeni’s parliament.
June 28, 1981: Islamic Republic Party hdqtrs is bombed. General secretary Ayatollah Mohammad Beheshti (head of judicial system) is dead with 70 others.

September 1992: Terror killing of four Kurdish exiles while holding a meeting in a small Berlin restaurant, part of contract put out on the lives of 500 Iranians in exile.
March 8, 2007: Retired FBI agent-turned-security consultant Robert Levinson checked into a Kish Island hotel to investigate, Levinson’s family said in 2010, a cigarette smuggling case which he was working as a private investigator in Dubai. CNN previously reported that shortly before his disappearance, Levinson met at the Hotel Maryam with Dawud Salahuddin, the American fugitive, now living in Iran. During the meeting, Iranian security personnell entered the room, detaining both Levinson and Salahuddin. Salahuddin was subsequently released. Levinson never returned to his own hotel room. No one has seen him since. It has been reported that he allegedly checked out to return to the United States the next day, as he went missing. New evidence suggests that he is alive and being held in Asia, according to U S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. With diabetes and high blood pressure, Levinson retired in 1997 from the FBI and later became a principal at the consulting firm Business Integrity International. He has not involved in intelligence matters with the bureau, officials have said. There was intial reports that the US Government believed that Levinson was visiting Iran for research on a book regarding Russian organized crime. In December 2007, Levinson’s wife and other family members traveled to Iran and met with officials. A year later, when she flew to the United Nations to ask questions about her husband, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad declined to meet her. Christine Levinson has said the Iranian government was polite and guaranteed her family’s security on their trip but provided no details regarding her husband’s whereabouts.
The terror killings continue. Active in promoting Iranian women’s rights, Gelareh Bagherzadeh was struck by a single bullet outside her home that entered the passenger door window in Houston, on January 17,2012. A thirty-year old Iranian molecular genetic technology student at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Bagherzadeh died from the bullet wound, as she talked with an ex-boyfriend on a cellphone. Detectives found her murder occurred after she drove home, suspecting either someone was waiting for her or that she had been followed. Someone might send the Houston Police a copy of the book, Assassins of the Turquoise Palace.
While President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was being “briefed “ on “new nuclear achievements” expected to be announced later today.
Cheap. The affect on people of their currency. As life became even cheaper there. The insouciance from the rest of the world over economic sanctions, without previously affecting The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), operating worldwide exchanging codes when transferring money between banks, particularly for international financial institutions on the SWIFTNet Network.
Looking to transmit, via a secure system, payment. Transmitting a message. Like a woman wanted from a man. When murder steals fertility. Like war did. The terror when you killed your neighbors, in the name of God, with impunity. And left widows and orphans. Like this week in India or Bangkok. Around the clock and around the world, the terror created by Hezbollah, both pre and post September 11, 2001.
Claiming its scientists were victims of “cruel, inhumane and criminal acts of terrorism,” was there irony when Iran filed a formal complaint about the attack late Wednesday with the United Nations?
Evidence based upon factual data. The further escalating tension. Buried deep underground, the construction of a new uranium enrichment plant, known as Fordo, had been kept a secret until the Western intelligence confirmation of its existence. The Iranian government acknowledged the plant in September 2009, just as the United States and its European allies announced its existence. At the time Iran said that they had always intended to reveal the existence of the Fordo plant.
The affect on a people of their currency, as life became cheap, with the insouciance from the rest of the world over exiles, and the homeless, led by European Union Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton, the modern day Neville Chamberlain, who now offers Iran a new round of talks toward an agreement that “restores international confidence in the exclusively peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program.”
The fierceness that came out of Liberation Movements. In the struggle for hearts and minds. When you no longer fit in here, as Muslims. When you were removed by either distant miles or time from the way of life which you had grown up with. When there were two million Iranian exiles.
Round up the usual suspects. Issue a proclamation about Israel. And target a few more Iranian living in exile. While Dawud Salahuddin worked at the English-language flagship station run by the Iranian government, as an editor for Press TV.
As the meek inherit the earth. The ensuing great doubts when you had comforts and lost them. Like home, a wife, or shared belief.
Did you see the pattern which both Iran and Hezbollah believed in? As only the size of their bombs increased. As India continues buying 500,000 barrels of their tainted oil each day. Ask a Syrian this week why would anyone buy the exported oil of Iran, or their Islamic ideals.
Maybe you had read about the Russian revolution. Life in Iran had been just as disruptive over the last thirty years. There are two million Iranian exiles who left, mostly before September 1980.
February 1978 in a Florida bar, I sat next to Iranians students learning how to fly aircraft as part of their studies attending a local university. I paid no attention whether they consumed alcohol.
After torture and internal spying, a homeland was not secure, and no one ever was the same. I wonder what ever happened to those Iranians in that Florida bar 34 years later.
